I loved instant noodle. When I was in Canada, always bought in box of 30. Usually finished 1 box every month. I remember there were somedays I had 3 noodles on the same day. It's always just plain noodle but I put in different kinds of source. It tastes great. Don't eat a lot now becasue it's high calories.

what is the sodium content per package (in mg)? keep in mind anything high in sodium is not good for you. :)
