點解我咁鍾意食「
乞兒飯」?!究竟點解!?
星期六晚呢個 dinner,話到比自己知。
去「_ 佳」買隻鮮雞番嚟,稍稍醃一下,然後原隻揼落個鑊度用滾油炸呀,炸呀炸,炸至金黃即成。
上碟食嗰陣千祈唔好斬件,最好成隻雞原原整整,至多斬成半隻 (如圖),然後用手撕嚟食。嘩,食嗰時,下下用手撕開啲皮抆開啲肉,或者一啖啖用口咬落去,啲汁係咁由脆卜卜嘅皮既「標」且流咁湧出嚟,加白雪雪滑捋捋嘅肉,配合粗獷嘅儀態,好似山賊咁,yo!yo!yo!Hoo hooo hoooo!嗰種最元始至簡單夠直接超實在嘅滿足
,叫人即刻明白到存在主義嘅神髓。
珍肴異饌無分貴賤 富者窮人皆有餓飽
