爸爸今晚問我出唔出去同妹妹食飯,食鬼食馬咩,都沖咗涼咯。咁媽咪好好咁話不如焗 oD飯比我食啦,我話唔駛 lu (呵呵呵~ 又有機會喺晚上整超級巔巔腿蛋治食!),烚 oD芥蘭嚟得咯。

啲芥蘭好嫩唷!尤其是莖嗰部份,yo yo yo!一路食一路幻想食 o緊法國白汁燴鮮露筍。。。。正!

食完冇幾耐,哈哈哈哈,主菜,我嘅最愛~ 腿蛋治嚟囉!Hoooooo~~~~ 唔係一般腿蛋治喎,出面嗰啲同我整嘅完全 no 得 fight啊!因為佢係有3層嘅腿蛋治,而且啲料仲。。。。呵呵呵,勁呀!有牛油、洋葱、鷄蛋3隻、火腿4塊喎!今次仲加咗少少蒜蓉,yummy yummy bravo!!

等我教你整啦!

麵包3塊;牛油 (大量);蛋蛋 (2 - 3隻。"發" 爛後加少少鹽。然後熱鑊凍油倒 oD蛋落去炒呀炒,大概七成熟就 okay,咁炒出嚟嘅蛋就會好滑勒!);火腿 (3 - 4塊)。

試吓啦!
