做咗咁多年嘢, 都 "in" 過唔少工. Interview 嘅時候從來都唔 "赦", 更唔會腳震. 最多只係好少好少嘅緊張 (見oD好大嘅機構, 個 interview 攪到 "懶" 係嚴肅煞有介事嗰時), 同少少腦充血. 但同時, 把口同狀態就充滿 power.
其實, 真係唔駛驚個噃. "in" 你嗰個同你應該係對等嘅. 因為渴望想佢請你而自降身價, 自降三級呢種態度千萬唔要得. 所持嘅態度呢, 要係不亢不卑. 喂, 你係有權選擇我, 但細佬, 我都有權選擇你吖嘛.
又有oD人會驚 "in" 嗰時要用英文對答, 唉, 講真, "in" 你嗰個oD英文分分鐘都唔會講得好得去邊啦! 咪一Q樣滿口廣東英文~ one two "fee" or "free", Quali 讀成 "call - ly", egg 讀成 "x".......X你啦X!
當然, 基本禮貌一定要有. 記住, "不亢不卑"!

As a matter of fact, I just came back from an interviewing session today -But I was no the other side of the bench this time....
I was being invited to sit on an evaluation panel for the City of Los Angeles to interview a bunch of potential candidates. They were being nominated by the City's Dept of Transportation. I was helping the City to look for an ideal candidate to fill a position as the City's Transportation Engineer. Can't believe there were people out there try to BS their quals and try to "cheat" or "blow-water" about their experience in front of the HR people.
^_^ 同樣被in經驗豐富的我,一樣會有腦充血感覺,有點暈,肚痛,眼花花,但通常都很鎮定(扮).
也試過講錯說話,因為越想得到份工, 越會緊張,咁就好易出錯...同埋,準備好米唔會驚咯．
